A crowned figure of the Bodhisattva Khasarpana Avalokiteśvara seated on a lotus in a shrine with a cusped arch and moulded base. The Bodhisattva is flanked by seated images of Sudhanakumāra and Hayagrīva. On the platform below the deity are two kneeling worshippers, one male and one female. The tiered temple superstructure, crowned with a grooved disc and finial, is supported by pilasters and rampant griffins. Cast in a copper alloy with traces of blue in the headgear. Inscribed.

观音菩萨（Khasarpana Avalokiteśvara）宝冠像，结跏趺坐于莲台之上，身处尖拱龛内，龛下有台基。菩萨两侧分别有善财童子（Sudhanakumāra）和马头尊（Hayagrīva）胁侍。下方台座上有一对男女跪姿供养人。塔形龛顶层层叠起，饰有凹槽圆盘与宝顶，由壁柱与腾跃的狮鹫兽承托。铜合金铸造，头冠残存蓝彩。有铭文。

品相:
The base is attached to the upper part of the ensemble by a small vertically positioned copper strap held by rivets and obscuring the central characters of the inscription on the reverse of the plinth. The finial at the top of the surround has been broken off and re-attached with glue.

底座与造像主体之间由一条垂直的小铜片连接，铜片以铆钉固定，部分遮挡了基座背面铭文的中央字符。背光顶部的宝珠已断裂，后以胶粘合修复。
