鉴赏：
此雕像来自日本山中商社纽约分社：主尊佛形体丰满高大，高肉髻线刻波状纹，面相方正，著褒衣博带袈裟，衣纹流畅，自然垂下，衣褶线条圆润规整。双手分别施无畏印及与愿印。二胁侍菩萨立于下方有力士托举的莲台之上，佛左侧菩萨头部已损。

莲瓣形举身光上部已损毁，现仍可见飞天、火焰纹及莲花纹等细腻的纹饰。佛与菩萨之间以阴线浅刻二弟子像，形体较菩萨略小，亦十分精细。造像整体展现出北魏清瘦雅致至东魏圆润饱满的风格过渡期特色，为北魏晚期造像之佳作。

发愿文未详，佛像体躯短胖，衣纹较浅，已与东魏风格相似。
